I founded the Client Support Group (formally the Retail Support Group) in 2018. It was born out of frustration and a need for change. I noticed that many businesses struggled with small, but key elements of running a successful business. I set out to give those businesses the tools I felt made a business stand out from others. 

 

My career span for over 25 years in the retail/customer engagement industry. These include senior roles in retail management, airport development, HR, and operations. These roles not only gave me invaluable experiences but also helped me build strong relationships that support my client's business today.
